Lighting-replacement contract awarded by Telefónica
With a view to optimising its energy costs, Telefónica has decided to migrate the lighting for the distribution frames at its plants from obsolete fluorescent tubes to LEDs.
For this ambitious project, SICE has been selected as the partner to carry out the replacement work in the Costa Blanca and Catalonia regions.
The Challenger consists of replacing the lighting at 270 distribution frames in a record time of just three months. The distribution frames will also be equipped with presence detectors to fully optimise their electricity consumption.
The return on the investment made will be shorter than 3.5 years
