1. General and auxiliary security installation maintenance services.

• 24 hour security centre maintenance services:

1. 24 hour general and auxiliary security centre maintenance services.

• Installation and centre maintenance support services:

1. Pouch service.
2. Warehouse management, accounting and billing support service.

• 24 hour support service:

1. 24x7 telephone support for faults.
2. 24x7 remote access via VPN.

• Physical security installations
• Electrical and uninterrupted power supply systems (SAI)
• Communications infrastructure
• Lighting systems
• Fire protection systems
• Access control systems
• Anti-intrusion systems
• CCTV, video recording and video transmission and reception systems
