RENFE relies on SICE for the adequacy of technical rooms in the core of Barcelona (Group 4)

The purpose of this project is to enable rooms to the location of equipment for stations near the center of Barcelona, through requires actions, such as linings, electrical boxes, piping or air conditioning endowment.

The scope of the project are 74 stations divided into 3 lots, existing several types of station depending on the kind of work to be done:

• Stations with enabled rooms and therefore require no architectural or pipeline.
• Stations with works requirements, that need to restructure the station and conducting pipes.
• Stations without possibility of indoor space: a room will be enabled on the outside of the station or prefabricated house.
