Coordinated Service for Installation, Extension and Maintenance of Security Systems (Metro de Madrid)

As part of the service to be provided, maintenance is performed on specific safety service elements for a period of 10 years. A renovation plan is drawn up for all pieces of equipment subject to integral maintenance, which applies to installations and rolling stock, in accordance with their useful life cycle as a consequence of performance degradation or technological obsolescence. 

• Video surveillance systems in stations and yards (video codified in MPEG 4, IP transmission, 6 day file (12.5 frames/s), quality of up to 25 frames/s, local client in PCL, remote clients in PSL and PSC) More than 3000 cameras were renovated, along with the entire communications network
• Access control, alarms control, anti-intrusion and patrol control systems.
• Centralised station remote control (TCE) brings together the control and remote control of station subsystems, which communicate with the central position (PCS).
• The central security position has control over the subsystems of all line security positions. 
• Each line security position has control over part of the network:

1. Station CCTV system (camera display and recording)
2. Train CCTV system (access, display and export of camera recordings from the train, transmission and display of ground images on onboard monitors)
3. Alarms control (intrusion)
4. Access control
5. Patrol control
