Technical assistance services in halls, maintenance and repair of audiovisual equipment fot Canal de Isabel II Gestión
SICE gets again the award of the contract for Technical assistance services in halls, maintenance and repair of audiovisual equipment fot Canal de Isabel II Gestión.
The service consists basically of maintaining all audio and video equipment from different meeting rooms of Canal Isabel II and its auditorium and meeting rooms of the Canal Art Exhibition Centre and the Main Control Centre, in order to these are in perfect working order at all events that will be scheduled throughout the contract period.
In all these events technical assistance equipment is also provided throughout the duration thereof.
The work will consist in providing to the following services:
- Onsite technical staff services for managing audio-visual equipment in the Auditorium.
- Review and preventive maintenance services for the rest of the rooms.
- Attendance of fault report.
- Management of repairs and corrective maintenance of all facilities.
