Peru’s Banco de la Nación has awarded SICE the national procurement and implementation of a new Integral Video Management System (IVMS) for more than 445 agencies which will monitories 3592 IP cameras and 547 recorders.

The project consists on the technological renewal of cameras, recorders and other equipment required to be installed in agencies and lobbies which do not have a closed-circuit television or may change their current equipment due to the technological obsolescence.

The implementation of this equipment will allow the following strategic functionalities:

  • To develop monitor and control functions in streaming of the IP video cameras, installed in critical areas of the different installations and physical infrastructure of the institution.
  • To store video information generated by the cameras in recording equipment that have been specifically designed and manufactured for this purpose; image should be retained for a minimum period of 90 calendar days.
  • To provide software tools for the administration, configuration, operation, information about status and diagnosis of the devices which take part in this system, in a centralized way and with total access to its components (software applications, recording hardware, video cameras, among other applicable ones.)
  • To count on client and web application in order to the management of the videos on the part of agencies administrators according to profiles and permissions.
  • The IVMS will be a solution based on software and hardware that enables to fulfil the bank’s objectives towards this system.
