Some of the most requested concepts, to which most resources are being allocated, are the so-called citizens' portals, defined in the widest possible sense. All information managed by the different vertical processes providing services directly to citizens, such as those forming part of the Smart City management platform, must be made available to citizens directly and in real time.
The citizens' portal comprises concepts such as citizen message panels installed in public roads, text messages, social networking and other current forms of communication using the Internet and radio, etc., all of which operate in a coordinated manner.
The citizens' portal is a tool that is completely integrated into SICE's Smart City platform.
