Plant Automation
SICE has extensive experience with the automation of industrial plants in different sectors (oil and gas, electricity, steel and manufacturing in general). SICE is able to guarantee the correct implementation of all phases (engineering, supply, assembly and commissioning). All of the above is guaranteed by SICE's knowledge of all the main components that form part of an automation process:
- Process sensors
- Drive components (actuators, motors, etc.)
- Control units: RTUs and logic controllers
- Control centres and MMI systems
The integral automation of hydrocarbon storage terminals includes the measurement, operation and control of all plant sub-systems, such as storage tanks, product reception and dispatch bays, pumping, access control and the fire and gas system. These systems also include integration with the plant's SAP/R3 administrative systems for ordering and billing processes.
