SICE Seguridad has accredited and extensive experience in the design of control and/or alarm reception center, involving compliance with standards and a series of security measures. The physical space where the work will be carried out, the reception and operational equipment of systems information, communication methods and protocols, redundancy measures and security in services and systems, service planning and methodology, approvals and any other necessary solutions and products that make up these control center are analyzed and incorporated in a specific manner. The operational control and coordination center sets out the steps to follow or action protocols, pursuant to the private security regulations. In the event that an alarm or emergency event occurs, it will immediately proceed to verify the occurrence. For this to be considered valid, the center will use all or some of the technical or human procedures established in the regulations before notifying the corresponding security corps and forces or public emergency service of the alarms or real situations that have occurred.
