During the installation phase, we provide a comprehensive service that covers everything from planning to project execution. This includes material acquisition, cabling installation, patch panels, fiber trays, terminations, and splicing. Additionally, we oversee and update the project schedule, coordinating closely with other contractors.
In the maintenance phase, we assign a specialized technical team available 24/7, with a contact phone line always attended by on-call staff. We agree on response times based on the service contracted, and in some cases, we provide dedicated personnel at the client’s offices or facilities.
