Moyano Telsa has the capability and experience to develop custom products that meet the unique needs of each client. Over the years, we have expanded our range of solutions to address the specific challenges of the telecommunications and energy sectors.
Our innovation and flexibility enable us to offer specialized products that not only meet technical requirements but also ensure high performance and reliability.
The company has developed tailored solutions for portable telecommunications stations, hybrid energy generation systems, and beaconing systems, among others.
The self-supporting base stations for urgent deployments are systems consisting of an 8-meter mast with low visual impact, topped with a tube covered with an interior mesh coating (Tramex mesh). They also include a self-supporting and leveled base, a flexible security system (GAMESYSTEM based on the UNE-EN-353-2 standard), a 2-meter high perimeter fence topped with barbed wire, an entrance door, and a fully equipped shelter. These systems do not require civil works and are transportable and reusable.
Energy management technologies and systems focus on two main objectives: supply security and lower, better-targeted energy consumption. On one hand, optimization and cost reduction are achieved through measurement and monitoring systems, which help optimize and reduce both technical and economic costs (visible and hidden) of installations (overload, transformer capacity issues, voltage drops, shutdowns, failures, etc.). On the other hand, supply security requires risk assessment (non-optimized expansions, breakdowns, diagnosis times, and impact reduction).
Additionally, Moyano Telsa has experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in installing photovoltaic solar systems on rooftops and on the ground. To carry out these projects, the company assesses the technical and economic feasibility of the installation, handles permits and licensing, provides engineering services, shadow calculation, structural calculation and production, civil works, supply and installation of support structures, panels, inverters, security systems, monitoring, and maintenance of the installations.
Leveraging its 50 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, and with the goal of continuing to innovate, Moyano Telsa has developed an anti-icing application system for parabolic antennas, ensuring the operation of links under extreme weather conditions.
The system works by applying heat to the parabolic antenna’s reflector, preventing the accumulation of ice and snow. The heating system is permeable to radiation and includes a temperature and humidity sensor, an adjustable thermostat, and a programmable timer. It can be remotely activated or deactivated when necessary. All materials used are developed and guaranteed to withstand extreme temperature and humidity ranges.
Beacon lights are essential for signaling obstacles to aviation, especially on buildings, high infrastructures, towers, etc.
All beacons offered by Moyano Telsa are equipped with LED lamps, which have a lifespan of 10 years. They require minimal maintenance, as vibration issues are avoided due to the absence of filaments. Depending on the project’s requirements, low, medium, and high-intensity lights or flash lights (with or without synchronization) can be installed. Dual systems can also be implemented, featuring an additional lamp designed to replace the main one in case of failure.
Not all systems are equally effective for every type of bird, so a personalized assessment of each case is necessary. For towers, the most common are anti-bird umbrellas: a static element that covers an area of nearly 2 meters in diameter and prevents the bird from perching on the structure. Depending on the situation, ultrasonic systems can also be used: devices that emit various frequencies, mimicking the sound of the bird’s predator to scare it away.
